About us
An annual event for the future of Italian justice
An event promoted by the CED of the Supreme Court of Cassation, in collaboration with the Department for Technological Innovation of the Ministry of Justice and all the main institutions involved in digitalization.
Since 2013 it has represented a moment of constructive dialogue, involving all stakeholders at every level, on the themes of the digitalization of justice, public administration and commercial relations. Initially focused on ordinary justice, it was subsequently extended to all telematic processes and, more generally, to digital tools shared between the public and private sectors, with the most recent opening to contributions from experts of European institutions.

Where it takes place
The venues of the event
The Forum takes place on the island of Capri, across two venues of great historical and institutional significance.
Certosa di San Giacomo
Founded in 1371, the Certosa di San Giacomo is one of Capri's most evocative monuments. It houses the Diefenbach museum and its medieval cloisters host the Forum's annual proceedings. A place of culture and history that provides the ideal setting for debate on the future of justice.

Sala Comunale Pollio
The Sala Comunale Pollio, in the heart of Capri's historic centre, hosts the Forum's thematic workshops and training sessions. An institutional space made available by the Municipality of Capri.
