Procedure

Five steps to participate

A simple sequence to plan your participation, from registration to the day of the event.

Fill in the registration form

Enter your details, select the sessions you want to attend and indicate whether you'll join the dinners. You may add up to one companion.

Plan travel and accommodation

Capri is reached by sea from Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. We recommend accommodation near the Certosa di San Giacomo, particularly in Marina Piccola and central Capri.

Pay for the dinners

If you've opted for the dinners, you'll receive by email separate payment instructions for each restaurant. Send the bank transfer receipt to the indicated address.

Receive confirmation and attend

Once registration is complete you'll receive a final summary email with all useful information: times, access, venue directions and organisation contacts.

Frequently asked questions

Practical information

Yes, in the registration form you can indicate the number of companions and add specific notes. Companions join the dinners together with registered participants; the individual restaurant fee applies to each.
Two optional dinners are scheduled: Friday evening (one restaurant) and Saturday evening (choice of two restaurants). Amounts will be communicated upon registration confirmation. You'll receive separate bank transfer instructions for each chosen restaurant by email, to be paid by the date indicated.
Registrations remain open until seats are filled. To secure your spot for dinners and Saturday afternoon thematic groups we recommend registering early. Exact payment deadlines are stated in the confirmation emails.
Yes. During registration you can send a pre-recorded contribution to share during the Event, or suggest a theme for the Saturday afternoon group sessions. You'll find both options in the registration form.
Yes. From the registration form you can flag a pre-recorded contribution to share during the Event. We'll contact you to agree on the format and timing.
